Following any viewing we are happy to discuss any specific requirements you may have in respect of the property and can, subject to negotiation and contract, accommodate most tenants requirements in terms of fit out, duration of lease and repairing liabilities etc.

2. Flexible lease terms.

 

We can offer flexible lease and licence terms to accommodate most tenant requirements including simple short term licences or longer term leases. Depending on the specific property you are interested in leases can accommodate tenant only break clauses by negotiation. The majority of our letting agreements are prepared in house and can be drafted with 24 hours of a viewing being undertaken.
